Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at cottonmiles. We are dedicated to delivering our premium craft supplies from Hong Kong to creators worldwide.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on the items in your cart. All charges are shown in USD:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your local postal service and customs processing.

3. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

We ship globally via Hong Kong Post or other reliable couriers.

  • USA Orders: We cover tariff orders shipped to the United States. You will not be charged any additional tariff upon delivery.

  • Other Countries: For all other international destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. cottonmiles is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

5. Changes and Cancellations

We offer flexibility for our customers. You may cancel or modify your order (such as changing the shipping address or adding/removing items) at any time before you receive your tracking number.

Once the tracking number has been issued, the order is considered dispatched and cannot be altered.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event that a package is confirmed lost by the courier:

  • If the item is in stock, we will resend the package to you at no extra cost.

  • If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at [Your Support Email] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
